What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) as well as PayPal.
For orders made and delivered in Portugal we also accepted ATM payments.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices shown on Uila website are listed in Euros (€), except for orders made and delivered in the USA and United Kingdom, where prices are listed in USD and GBP, respectively. If you are viewing the website from the UK or a country in the EU, the prices listed on the website are inclusive of Portuguese VAT.
Prices do not include shipping costs, custom duties and/or other taxes.
To which countries do you ship?
You can do your orders and have it delivered in the USA, Angola and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Chez Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and United Kingdom.

Is it safe to pay?
Our website has a security certificate to ensure that all your data is protected.
All data collection is made by one of the most secure encrypt systems, the SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return your order as stated on our returns policy.
How is my order shipped?
We ship international orders via UPS and domestic orders (Portugal) via CTT Expresso.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for any worldwide location for orders over 300€, except for sale items.
Shipping costs will depend on your destination, and will be added to your order at the checkout, before the payment.
Please note that shipping costs do not include import duties and/or taxes. Shipping costs for USA and United Kingdom will be converted to respective currency, based on the exchange rate.

How fast are orders processed?

Uila operates from Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays.
Please note that delivery times might be extended during sale and festive seasons.
Delivery dates are approximate and we will not be responsible for unpredictable events, or delays related to customs procedures.
You should consider delivery time from the moment your order is shipped (shipment will only occur once we have received the payment).
Please be aware that you cannot change your shipping address during the shipment of your order.
Can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email with the order details and important information.
You will be able to follow your shipment status using the tracking number we’ll provide by email once your order is shipped.
If you created an account on our website, you can also check the status of your order in the ‘My Account’ area of the site.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
For all countries inside the European Union (EU), prices include Portuguese VAT.
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. For these countries, shipments will be shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you may be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return your items.
Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all garment tags still attached and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Uila will not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during shipment of the returned product. We advise to send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced.
You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any shipping and/or duties and taxes are nonrefundable. However, in the case of an exchange, we will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.
What if I need to exchange something?
Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative product, please return the original item for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?
Upon our receipt of the product and after evaluating its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method. We will not refund shipping charges, duties and taxes or return shipping costs.
On orders paid via credit card, the amount shall be refunded in the client´s card account. Please note that the deadline of the refunding process may vary depending on the credit card company supplier.
The amount of orders paid through Paypal shall be refunded to the respective Paypal account.
For orders paid via ATM, you should inform us of your IBAN at [email protected], so we can be able to refund you to your bank account.
Please note that in the refunds to EU countries the VAT tax will be reversed.
How should I proceed in case of damage in transit or defective products?
Before shipping, all items are carefully checked by our team to make sure they arrive in perfect conditions. However, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, within 14 days of being received by you.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund using the same payment method.
Can I return sale items?
All sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Returns policy will not apply on sale items.

If you send a sale item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our warehouse, any sale item will automatically be shipped back to you.
